Highland Cattle Farm Experience
Highland cattle are the oldest registered breed in the world, this farm tour gives you the chance to connect wth these gentle giants in their own environment and to witness the magnificent horns and long hair they are affectionately known for. It is an unforgettable way to bond with nature and the charm of highlands up close.

Tour includes:
-
The tour starts by meeting our breeding cows in their natural environment, feeding them treats, giving them a brush and learning about their life on the farm.
-
During the tour you will learn history and some interesting facts about the highland breed.
-
We will then introduce you to our young heifers that love to be brushed and cuddled.
-
Finish off with a photo session where you can take photos using your personal camera/phone together with a cow or heifer.
-
Depending on your group size we will either walk into the paddock or use a 6 seater gator.
*For safety reasons families with children and large groups will be customised so interaction with the breeding herd is limited to over the fence. The majority of the tour for these groups will be with our young heifers.

If you are visiting for a special occasion such as a birthday we are happy to personalise the tour, let us know your plans and we can help you create something special.
Would you like to spend more time with either the young heifers or breeding cows, take part in their daily feeding or routine care? let us know and we can work with you to make it happen.
