Highland Cattle Farm Experience
Highland cattle are the oldest registered breed in the world, this farm tour gives you the chance to connect with these gentle giants in their own environment and to witness the magnificent horns and long hair they are affectionately known for. It is an unforgettable way to bond with nature and the charm of highlands up close.​​​​

Whats Included
Tour includes:

We will introduce you to our young heifers that love to be brushed and cuddled.

You will then meet our breeding cows, give them a brush, learn about their life on the farm and feed them treats.

You will also meet our herd sires and learn about their importance in our breeding programs.

During the tour we will discuss the history and some interesting facts about the highland breed.

There are lots of photo opportunities using your personal camera/phone together with the cow and calves.

Groups are limited to 6 people. Depending on your group size we will either walk into the paddocks or use a 6 seater ATV.​ If you have a larger group please contact us to discuss options.

After the tour browse our Highland gift shop full of popular highland brands.

* The choice is yours! Would you like to spend more time with either the young heifers or breeding cows, take part in their daily feeding or routine care or even take one for a walk on a lead? Let us know and we can include it in the tour.

We offer a grazing box suitable for 2-4 people which includes a range of fresh cheese, meat and fruit with a cold drink perfect to enjoy at our picnic table at the end of your tour $60.00.

What you need to know

Please Note: While we warmly welcome families to enjoy the Highland Farm Experience, we don't recommend it for under 12 years of age. If you would like to include your children we kindly remind all guests that full responsibility for the care and supervision of children remains with their parent or guardian at all times during the visit. A parent or guardian must agree to take full duty of care on the booking agreement form before the tour.
As this is a working farm with animals and rural terrain, your vigilance ensures a safe and enjoyable experience.
*For safety reasons families with children under 12 will be customised so interaction with the breeding herd is limited to over the fence.

We are a working farm so all visitors must have a booking.
​​To make a booking start by selecting how many people will be with you at the farm experience and then choose your preferred day and time,
this will then take you through to our payment page. Our available days and times are below on the calendar.
Payment options are credit card and direct deposit. For direct deposit please contact me in the form at the bottom of the page with your preferred booking time and number of people and I will confirm your booking with an email.
