Service Description

Have you always wanted to meet a Highland Cow and get up close? then you'll love this hands on private tour. The tour starts by meeting our breeding cows, feeding them treats, giving them a brush, learning about our breeding program and their life on the farm, we will then introduce you to our young heifers that love to be brushed and cuddled. During the tour you will learn the history and interesting facts of the highland cattle breed and then finish off with a photo session where you can take photos using your personal camera/phone together with a cow or heifer. There are also plenty of photo opportunities during the tour. Tour includes; - Meet our breeding cows and feed them treats - Learn about our breeding program - Learn some history and interesting facts about the highland breed - Brush and cuddle our young heifers - A photo opportunity with your group Depending on your group size we will either walk into the paddock or use a 6 seater gator. A picnic table is available with a view of the cows if you would like to sit and enjoy the scenery after your tour (BYO food & beverages). Adults 18+ years $60.00 AUD each Children 3 to 17 years $15.00 AUD each Duration 1+ hours This is a private tour with your group only. Children 17 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. *All visitors must have a booking before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Entering the farm and participating in activities including interacting with livestock can be risky. Entry and participation is entirely at the participant’s own risk. By making a booking you agree to this and the following conditions. - Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund, if cancelling within 48 hours a reschedule to another time is only available. - If we cancel due to unexpected circumstances or weather we will fully refund your booking or reschedule at your discretion. - Bookings will go ahead in all weather except extreme heat and storms. ​ ​ General Conditions - Bookings are essential and pre-booked before the tour. - Children will not be permitted to walk around amongst the cattle without an adult being with them. - 18 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult. - Children aged 3 and under must be held by an adult when near the cattle. - There is a possibility of our cattle being spooked by sudden movements and also kicking out if you are standing behind them so please follow my instructions when moving around the cattle. - Dogs are allowed but must be secured at your vehicle or in the shade as dogs may spook the cows. - Professional photographers are not permitted without prior approval. - We have some electric fences located around our property, please observe the yellow signs before touching the fence. Not all fences are electrified. What to wear - Dress appropriately for the weather. - Wear enclosed shoes, in winter I recommend rubber boots. - During the visit you will be walking around in the paddock and possibly our cattle yards so you will get dirty. - We have a toilet available. (not wheelchair accessable)
